We are creating a new venture in the Online Advertising space, building a PaaS product. We are looking for a sales leader to join the team to help drive sales and partnerships in this initial phase of growth. The position can evolve to a CEO role is the fit is right.
In the process of initial conception, and this is part of the fun to build it from the ground up. But the intention is to implement a process-oriented and metric-driven culture, valuing innovation and collaboration while working in a fun and well-balanced environment.
This is a co-founder role and key hire for a new venture in the online display advertising space. We are searching for a seasoned sales person to help build and lead the sales effort. The ideal candidate will have an intimate knowledge of the online advertising ecosystem and already have business connections with some of the major firms.
Provide leadership in establishing the company as a leader in the online advertising display ecosystem
Provide insights on how to establish the business relationships that will help the company build the platform ecosystem needed for its expansion
Develop strategies and initiatives to ensure the delivery and optimization of sales
Develop a repeatable and predictable sales methodology and process.
Help define and optimize the company business model
Experience at SaaS companies
Must have solid online advertising industry relationships , in particular with potential partners, clients and angels/VCs.
Candidate must have recent and significant experience in a leadership role at an online media company.
Must have a proven P&L management experience as a CEO or senior sales executive of at company in the field
Must have deep understanding of online advertising models as well as current industry trends
Outstanding communication, coaching, team player, and collaborative leadership skills.
BA/BS Degree prefered.
