Sales Development Director/Partner

WebLife Research, a division of Stephan Partners, is a new consumer insights company that goes behind the clicks to understand the WHY of online customer behavior. We use a combination of ethnographic techniques including diary blogs and chat & surf interviews to uncover these insights. Our mission is to help Fortune 1000 clients further engage their online customers, increase conversion rates and build sales.
Work with managing director to develop sales among Fortune 1000 companies
Lead sales development effort to reach revenue targets
Effectively manage time, budget and sales development resources
Plan, coordinate and conduct sales meetings
Develop presentations and proposals to support new business initiatives
Oversee negotiation of major partnerships to grow business
Build and maintain strong relationships with new clients
Experience selling market research and/or related services to Fortune 1000 clients preferred
Goal-oriented, seasoned sales professional with demonstrated ability to accomplish sales goals
Minimum 10 years sales experience at the managerial level; candidate will have prior leadership experience
Excellent leadership and project management skills with proven ability to manage complex projects
Strong communication, negotiation and presentation skills
Ability to multi-task in a face-paced environment
Proficient in the use of Outlook, MS Office Suite, etc.
Bachelor’s degree required
