Sales Development Representative

Proficiency in making outbound calls and no fear of conducting business over the phone - Making 50-plus cold calls per day accompanied by templated emails to build and manage lead development pipeline.
Willingness to overcome objections and build rapport.
Ability to learn, understand, and successfully promote talent management solutions, and position them as appropriate.
Meet monthly and quarterly appointment and opportunity objectives.
Prospecting into multiple organizations via warm- and cold-calling, e-mail/e-marketing, networking, and utilizing tools like Linkedin &
Qualify all sales leads based upon specific lead qualification criteria definitions, and meet or exceed opportunity generation quotas.
Proficiency with and MS Excel.
1 year of experience in lead generation, sales or business development.
Cold Calling
BA or BS
Salary + Full Benefits + performance based bonuses based on # of opportunities and appointments set up.
