Sales Development Representative (Outbound)
We’re looking for someone to join our team made up of people around the world to locally represent our dynamic, fast paced start up in acquiring qualified leads. As an Outbound Sales Development your primary focus is to generate interest and qualify leads to be passed to inside sales executives and to pave the way for optimal performance of the sales force through new business lead generation, and/or account retention.
Are you able to create a vision with a prospect and build a pipeline by gaining and credibility? Then this might be the job for you! You can work from anywhere, just as long as you love what you do.
You will be responsible for:
Performing outbound calling and emailing to produce quality leads.
Meeting sales pipeline targets in your assigned territory.
Prospecting new clients and contacts to ensure a predictable, sustainable supply of qualified leads for the sales executives.
Prospecting into cold or inactive companies who aren’t engaging with us anymore, to source new, incremental sales opportunities and pass them to the sales executives.
Gathering and recording customer information required to sell and service customers.
Analysing accounts by using CRM or other systems.
Have experience with Salesforce.com or similar CRM applications.
Able to demonstrate strong (tele)-sales skills, supported by your track record or resume.
Passionate, consistent and successful in meeting and exceeding sales pipeline development goals.
‘’Focused’’ on the customer by understanding their industry, business and challenges.
Able to determine customer needs and expectations.
A goal oriented individual with fabulous writing and communication skills (using technical concepts).
Able to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form.
Confident in dealing with challenging people and situations and able to successfully manage and overcome prospect objections.
Able to complete individual goals as well as work in a team environment.
Able to work with little supervision.
Self motivated and enthusiastic.
