Overview
BuildCircle is looking for a motivated, self-starter to join our Sales team.

We are a small software company that is looking to change the game in the construction industry. As as integral part of our team, you will be working with a sales partner as you generate and qualify leads, develop prospects and support marketing campaigns by following up with potential customers. Our company is using automation tools to magnify your efforts and help you become more successful.
Responsibilities
Seeking out prospects
Qualifying and generating sales leads
Teaming with marketing to nurture leads
Warm / Cold calling customers and prospects
Assessing in-bound leads
Working with marketing on inbound and outbound campaigns
Customer and market research
Other duties as assigned
Experience
1-2 years experience in related position
A degree or diploma
Sales or marketing team experience
Experience in cold calling, lead generating and qualification
Customer care and support experience
Skills
Driven by results
Can set and meet goals
Seeks challenges and executes on solutions
Competitive
Awesome written and communications skills
Knowledge of the construction industry (optional)
Multi-lingual (optional)
Education
Diploma or Bachelors’ degree in a relevant discipline
Compensation
Remuneration will commensurate with skills and experience.
Compensation will be comprised of base salary + commission with defined OTE
