BiddingForGood is looking for a data-driven, motivated individual with inside sales management skills and a track record of success to join and contribute to its executive management team. In this unique opportunity, the chosen candidate will manage an inside sales team selling our unique online fundraising auction/event management platform to the $16 billion fundraising auction market.

This key member of BiddingForGood’s senior management team, reporting to the CEO, will partner with colleagues in a variety of internal departments (marketing, product development, and customer service) to drive our high volume non-profit acquisition model. The successful candidate will manage an inside sales team that is setting new productivity records but seeking to go higher, comprised of new and renewal sales reps, selling a unique fundraising service that delivers tangible benefits for event organizers. A successful candidate will also assist on selling major national account opportunities (e.g. American Cancer Society, PBS, etc) and will be responsible for bringing in a modest amount of revenue.
5+ years of inside sales experience
2+ years of inside sales management with SaaS model, ideally selling a smaller ticket (>$5k) offering
Well versed in managing and motivating teams
Track record of making/beating quota
Prior startup experience a plus
Required Skills and Abilities:

Able to work long hours when necessary
Familiarity with Salesforce.com and CRM
