Overview
We are a well-funded mobile advertising startup that is seeking a Sales Director to lead our internal ad sales efforts and build a team of passionate, hungry salespeople who will fuel our growth initiatives in the years ahead. Tomorrow Networks is the first mobile ad network in the healthcare vertical. The network has access to millions of consumers and hundreds of thousands HCPs. We have an extensive network of premium, targeted mobile advertising inventory that we are looking to monetize effectively. This is an opportunity to join a fun, fast-growing, and dynamic technology company in New York City and construct its newest division, one which we believe will be our future profit center. Because of this importance, the Sales Director role will be that of a senior executive who will play a significant role in our direction and strategy.

You must be self-motivating, intelligent, tenacious, hard-working, and resourceful. We expect fast learning curves and an ability to hit the ground running. The Sales Director will have the entire organization's support and be responsible for the development of a tailored strategy to ensure the operation is run optimally.

Our dream candidate is good-natured, open-minded, funny, and tasteful. You should be able to sell sand on the beach or at least sell us on your preferred cliche. This is a constantly evolving industry, so keeping up with technology trends and developments is mandatory. We want ideas and leadership. You will be charged with building and managing a team of junior salespeople, so we're also looking for a role model. Past experience in sales management and existing relationships with relevant advertisers is highly preferable. Please feel free to amaze us.

Requirements:
5+ years of ad sales experience, preferably in the digital and/or mobile space
Ability to pick up new concepts and technology quickly and easily
Understanding of the mobile advertising landscape
Existing relationships with advertisers
A natural team player
Unbridled optimism
Outstanding leadership skills
Ability to work and achieve goals independently

Compensation:
We are generous with four things: love, happiness, credit where it's due, and compensation. This will be a salaried position with a rewarding compensation structure and equity. We are looking for a leader who will play a large role in our growth and intend to compensate those efforts accordingly.
