The Director of Sales will be responsible for building and shaping the sales team, structure and operations.
The Director of Sales will also be responsible for the management and leadership of all sales activities, communications and goals. Experience in selling emerging technology and software solutions as well as agency experience a plus.
The ability to take control, define strategic plans, execute effectively and achieve committed goals is required.

This executive must be a sales leader with the drive to secure, maintain and grow the business. The Director will be responsible for advertiser and agency clients both locally and nationally.

Define and manage sales for the company across customer segments; advertiser, agency and publishers.
Manage the monthly and annual sales forecasting
Lead, manage and mentor a team of Account Executives; including recruiting, training, coaching, developing and retaining top performing Account Executives
Provide direction and guidance to the team when interacting with other departments in the company
Successfully manage the needs of customers in order to meet the objectives of the company's overall business plans and strategies
Own all stages of the customer lifecycle- acquisition, optimization and retention
Establish and develop strategic business partnerships
Passionate about digital media, marketing and emerging technologies
Interested in defining new digital rules and solutions using modern technology and tools
Innovative creative problem solving skills
Well-rounded business management acumen
Strong network in the advertising and marketing industry
Minimum six (6) years of progressive industry or related experience
Minimum three (3) years, preferably five (5), as a Sales Manager/Director
Demonstrated successful year over year revenue growth
Demonstrated successful consistent quota attainment
Has managed both field and internal sales personnel
Has been a sales lead/manager in ESP, Software, Enterprise Analytics, CRM Industry (preferably a SaaS sales model)
Has developed and executed tactical sales plans including quotas and account objectives
Experience selling to Agencies such as Omnicom, Sapient, WPP, among others.
Must be knowledgeable of market and industry trends, competitors and services
Has successfully managed new Client and Existing Sales/expansion
Strong leadership qualities both with customers and employees
Results driven, ambitious individual
Intuitive/creative thinker. Comfortable operating in a fast paced environment
A history of opening new accounts, a "hunter” sales mentality
