Sales Executive

The Team
Overview
The Sales Executive will be responsible for delivering and selling Performable’s businesses solutions worldwide. You must be energetic, articulate, and highly motivated. And also must be able to generate interest in Performable to successfully close new deals and get companies signed up for Performable software subscriptions. You should have demonstrated ability in building, managing and expanding client relationships through value, solution, and consultation-based selling experience.
Responsibilities
Focus on sales with targeted accounts
Generate high volume of calls into prospect accounts
Provide product demonstrations to prospective customers
Consistently meet individual and team sales quota
Proactively convert hot leads via the telephone into ongoing customers
Effectively qualify clients to assess their needs
Monitoring competitive offerings and developing new strategies for growth
Demonstrate persistence, tenacity, ability to overcome obstacles, and strive to improve skills and achieve goals
Ability to inform and influence colleagues, clients and prospects
Desire to make sustained contributions to work group and organization success
Manage and maintain a detailed pipeline to achieve assigned monthly quota
Direct report to the Vice President of Customer Development and will work closely with marketing and customer care teams to achieve sales goals.
Experience
1-4 year sales experience, with demonstrated success in corporate sales, preferably consultative and technology-focused.
Proven Inside Sales skills with track record of sales success and over-achievement of sales
Exceptional oral and written communication skills
Passionate and self-motivated with strong work ethic
Team oriented, creative, dependable and flexible
Strong organizational skills, multi-tasking capabilities, self-starter, results oriented
Account management experience with track record of growing and maintaining accounts over the long-term
High energy level along with outstanding time management, organizational and communication skills.
