Overview
Push44 is a recently-funded startup that is developing an exciting referral marketing technology for online and offline businesses. The technology is totally unique in this space. We are looking for a hungry, talented sales person to take ownership of the sales process and drive sales in Massachusetts, and then nationally. You will be responsible for developing your own strategy -- we envision this to be a very entrepreneurial role. As one of the first employees post-funding, you will play an integral role in building this company. Recently described by an interviewee as "the most exciting sales opportunity in Boston." Responsibilities
Focus on sales with targeted accounts
Generate high volume of calls into prospect accounts
Provide product demonstrations to prospective customers
Consistently meet individual and team sales quota
Proactively convert leads into ongoing customers via the telephone and in person
Demonstrate persistence, tenacity, ability to overcome obstacles, and strive to improve skills and
achieve goals
Ability to inform and influence colleagues, clients and prospects
Desire to make sustained contributions to work group and organization success
Manage and maintain a detailed pipeline to achieve assigned monthly quota
Manage sales activates using Salesforce CRM
Direct report to the Vice President of Sales and will work closely with marketing and customer care teams to achieve sales goals
Experience
Four year college degree in related field required
1-4 year sales experience, with demonstrated success in sales, preferably technology-focused
Skills
Proven sales skills with track record of sales success and over-achievement of sales
Exceptional presentation, oral and written communication skills
Passionate and self-motivated with strong work ethic
Team oriented, creative, dependable and flexible
Strong organizational skills, multi-tasking capabilities, self-starter, results oriented
Account management experience with track record of growing and maintaining accounts over the long-term
High energy level along with outstanding time management, organizational and communication skills
