Job Description:

nSyte Software is looking to expand our field-based sales force nationwide to support and grow our Customer Network. We offer an opportunity to work with an experienced and progressive team, experience great sales and marketing support, earn an uncapped income that’s very competitive.

The model:
Sales Executive starts in a Commission Only role, once modest milestones are accomplished the Sales Executive will be offered additional benefits and incentive programs. Due to the remote nature of this role nSyte is anticipating hiring Commission Only Representatives, but we are open to hiring the right Sales Executive as a Full Time Employee.

nSyte will provide initial product training and sales support to ensure the Sales Executive's highest likelihood for success. nSyte will make available resources to aid in the reporting and management of new sales opportunities in addition to standard collateral and access to software evaluation licenses. Where required, nSyte will provide ongoing sales assistance to help close opportunities. Ultimately, nSyte will be responsible for helping you succeed.

Sell nSyte's complete line of products in the assigned territory
To achieve this goal it is anticipated that the Sales Executive will need to:
Identify prospects and build relationships in your territory
Leverage nSyte resources, including personnel and agents, as and when required to close business
Utilize your existing contacts / continue to build and create new contacts
Requirements/ Skills/ Qualifications
Minimum 1 year experience selling one or more of the following tools or concepts:
Software Testing / QA Tools
Test/ QA services or outsourcing
Project Management Tools
Software Development Tools
Requirements Management
Defect Management
Agile Development
Additional Skills/Qualifications
Ability to work independently and with remote team members
CRM familiarity - Frequent activity updates and opportunity management
Ability to make credible recommendations and decisions independently
Strong business acumen
Existing Decision Maker and Influencer Contacts
