Responsibilities
Calpion (www.calpion.com) is seeking a Sales Manager to sell SAP Consulting & Staff Augmentation services to Fortune 500 and mid-market customers in the Southwest region particularly in Dallas & Houston. The Sales Position will be based in Dallas, TX and includes salary, bonuses, and benefits.
Responsibilities:
Responsible for making initial contact with prospective clients to uncover needs for contract SAP consulting & Staff Augmentation services.
Build pipeline of prospects and widen contact base in each SAP account.
Leverage relationships and work closely with SAP sales reps and Account Managers from SAP Implementation partners
Will be responsible for working complete sales cycle from initial prospect identification and qualification to closing the deal.
Experience
Qualifications :
5 years of experience in selling SAP Consulting & Staff Augmentation or IT/Cloud related services.
Experience generating business from new accounts.
Established relationships with major companies using SAP and/or IT services is a big plus.
Proven new business development track record with direct client relationships. A true "hunter"
Must have experience cold calling, networking, implementing and executing strategic sales plans.

Exceptional ability to comfortably speak with and present to prospective clients at all levels of an organization
Excellent communication skills
Education
4 year College Degree preferred
