We are looking for a Sales & Operations Analyst to handle our current pipeline of clients and optimize the sales process as we scale.
You’ll work directly with the Founders to make product decisions, optimize processes, and overall just get your hands dirty with all the tasks involved in building a business from the ground up. You will take a lead role over several functions, especially in Sales & Marketing.

Manage our client pipeline and serve as liaison between clients and caregivers
Direct to Consumer sales/education - follow up, follow up, follow up
Streamline and optimize sales processes
Research new growth opportunities by conducting in-depth research, competitive analysis, financial analysis, and market tests
Work directly with founders to make decisions in everything from product to marketing
Fresh out of school with solid internship experience or 1-2 years of experience
Sales or account management experience
Strong academic background
Demonstrably passionate about entrepreneurship and technology
You are always thinking of ways to do things better
Competent and capable: when you encounter any new problem, you always figure out a way to make it work
You’re good at Excel and if you don’t already know PowerPoint, Google Docs, etc., you’re sure you can figure them out pretty easily
Based on experience. Salary plus equity participation.
