Overview
NextDocs is looking for a Sales Operations Manager to join their growing team in King of Prussia, PA. As an active member of the NextDocs sales team, the Sales Operations Manager will support the functions critical to NextDocs’ salesforce productivity. This person will be responsible for assisting the VP of Sales to administer the sales process, including creation of RFPs, proposals and pricing, as well as, collating sales related metrics across the sales team, specifically related to demos, RFPs and proposals to close. The Sales Operations Manager will also be tasked with leading the effort to build and implement the organization’s salesforce automation tool using Microsoft Dynamics. In addition, this person will be responsible for the creation of the weekly sales reports, forecast roll-ups and presentation to the global sales organization.
Responsibilities
Work in partnership with the VP of Sales and Sales Management team to provide support on the sales process, specifically related to systems, tools and reporting on all sales related metrics.
Build the salesforce automation system, implement best practices and technologies for utilization and administration of this tool.
Manage the entire Request For Proposal (RFP) process
Provide reporting and analytics on all metrics related to the sales process and operations, including forecasting, budgeting, pipelining, territory alignment, and productivity.
Assist in all facets of sales planning, inclusive of regular updates to quotas, headcount and sales plan
Establish sales documents, sales process consistency and alignment across the organization
Assist in the development and administration of sales incentive compensation programs
Oversee the administration of Microsoft Dynamics CRM.
Experience
At least 3-5 years of experience in sales analysis or sales operations, preferably in a software startup environment
Experience managing a CRM (Microsoft Dynamics CRM a plus)
Skills
Highly analytical, self-motivated and metrics-driven.
Prior experience analyzing, evaluating and reporting on sales metrics and systems.
Ability to manage, administer and report data using a CRM system.
Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics or Microsoft CRM is preferred.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work well in a team environment and across all levels of the organization.
A passion for and/or interest in innovative software-as-a-service (SaaS) technologies.
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Powerpoint, and Outlook.
Education
Bachelors degree is required
