We are looking for entrepreneurial individuals who are driven and excited to succeed in sourcing/closing sales.
Responsibilities
The Sales Manager will be selling our SaaS based product directly to local government representatives across the US. The Sales Manager is responsible for building the strategy, developing leads, nurturing client relationships and getting our "foot in the door" for a pitch meeting. The CEO and COO will be actively involved in making sales pitches and helping to close the sale. Primary responsibilities include:
1) Sales Strategy: Develop sales plan, build leads and develop sales materials.
2) Key Account Development: Build and manage a pipeline of site license opportunities.
3) Close Sales: Make necessary calls, presentations and close sales.
Experience
Direct sales experience ( if you're a newbie, but highly talented, you should still apply!)
Experience in multi-tiered selling to large institutions
Familiarity with software sales and/or SaaS
Skills
Flexible, persistent and a quick learner
Self-directed, work well alone and with a small team
Education
Bachelors degree is a minimum
