About the Role: This business critical role requires the attention of a highly skilled and experienced health and well-being professional, with specific knowledge in sales & the well-being industry. Integral to the development and success of the T spheres brand, The Sales Representative must have sales experience, knowledegable in one or all of the follwiing: spa product sales & atmosphere, hotel amenities, massage or yoga client care, beauty products and/ or contacts in the industry, and ideally experience of supervising a sales staff in the cosmetic, massage or beauty market.
Work part time in office, part time in the field (NYC, NJ & Conn) and part time from home (gloabl accounts).
Representing the t spheres brand, building wholesale accounts with major retailers of spa and yoga products
Educating the market about the T spheres brand and products
Training and teaching both sales staff, clients and other vendors in how to use theT spheres products
Brand Representative to the retail accounts (stores and direct sales) and business (spa, salon, gym) marketplace
Coordination of regional sales representatives
Ad-hoc project work as required: work with Office management team on accounts;
A minimum of 5+ years in a sales position
Highly reputable in the field
Experience working with VIP clients
Experience in direct marketing and sales, ie: trade shows, demonstrations etc
Experience in training professional therapists in the use of specific products and techniques
Experience in managing 3rd party vendors, suppliers, trades people, manufacturers etc
Extensive contact and intermediary network in the industry
Experience in inventory management, stock-taking, ordering and collections
A dynamic approach, outstanding presentation skills, positive energy and enthusiasm
Professional qualification and/or license, ie: LMT, CMT, Reiki, ITEC or equivalent (this is not a requirement but helpful)
Own a personal computer / Macbook

Commission based salary with an One - Two year independent sales rep contract
Handle House accounts that are current - possibly leading to sales manager and salary position.
5% on established accounts (approx 20 current) for the first year potential for 10% second year
15% on new accounts (spa, yoga, pilates and well being retailers) potential for 20% the second year
Lead to a sale for a co branded product line - one time commission paid - 15% of the profit NOT sale.
