Sales Representative

BillGastro is an innovative Point-of-Sale System enabling restaurants to have a complete gastronomy enterprise solution, as well as to reach customers through mobile and online channels by using the POS system.
Lead generation and engaging with prospective clients across many industries
Achieve revenue and profitability targets
Negotiation and closing of long term contracts for software and services
Providing market feedback and input on sector prioritization to headquarters
Proactive and timely forecasting, creating visibility on all sales activities and KPIs
Recruitment and training of new team members on successful profit generation
Experience in retail sales is a plus
Desire to work in a start-up environment
Gets deals done
Keen interest in getting in on the ground floor and growing the business from its infancy
Strong interpersonal skills and a desire to work with people
Flexibility and ability to work across time zones and go the extra mile
Self-starter and can work autonomously
Good understanding of SaaS and mobile technologies a strong plus
Knowledge of CRM-software (e.g. vTiger, SugarCRM) and metric-driven sales a strong plus
studies with an emphasis in tsales, marketing, business, etc. is a plus
Please note that this position is commission-based and hence provides for significant up-side opportunity, but also requires the candidate to take some level of risk in turn. The position will start on a contract basis with an opportunity to convert to full-time employment on performance.
