Sales Representative - Enterprise Services

Overview
Reporting to the Vice-President of Sales & Marketing, the Sales Representative will acquire, penetrate and retain multi-national and key Internet, Media and Communications companies by selling and delivering BitTorrent enterprise solutions to meet specified sales targets via direct selling and indirect channels.

Responsibilities
Identify, qualify and close sales opportunities by working effectively with the customer and the internal organization
Grow and retain existing accounts by matching customer business needs with BitTorrent solutions and monitoring ongoing satisfaction
Meet or exceed all sales quotas by generating sales revenue for named accounts
Prepare and deliver on articulated sales metrics including, but not limited to: sales forecasts, account status reports, and expense control
Collect and communicate competitive intelligence
Further penetrate existing customer accounts
Role model for the BitTorrent corporate values
Experience
10+ years sales and/or sales management experience with a minimum of 5 years in CDN or client software & services sales
Very customer focused, able to translate customer needs into successful solutions
Strong understanding of the industry and sales best practices
Demonstrated track record of developing very high level relationships with executives to build competitive advantage
Intellectually aggressive, a creative problem solver, and possesses strong analytical skills
Ability to quickly dissect highly complex issues
Strong technical aptitude, including market understanding and awareness of competitors and partners in BitTorrent’s space
Extensive contacts within the largest Internet, Communications, and Media industries a plus
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Ability to work at the executive level with both customers internal and external to BitTorrent
Proven track record in handling multiple projects/priorities and meeting/exceeding sales targets
Education
Minimum of a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; preferably a master's in business or related field
