BSCS Technology is a technology company focused on creating software and technology to support different industry verticals. We are seeking a Sales Specialist to help propel our company into the next stage of growth. Candidates should have a passion for web technology, and a desire to roll up their sleeves in a fast-paced startup environment. The candidate will be supporting sales initiatives for our Cart Abandonment Software solution CartRescuer. CartRescuer provides abandonment solutions to any web site but mostly e-commerce sites. Our solution basically increases our customers sales which makes it a very easy solution to sell.
This job is specifically targeted at individuals with 0 - 2 years of work experience. You'll spend your days calling companies and educating them on the benefits of using our services. You'll get to negotiate business relationships with these companies, setup demos and you'll work with a team of serial entrepreneurs. This is the first step into our growing sales organization - everyone from developers to college grads have started here and worked their way up we reward performance.

Making high volume of sales calls to a variety of business owners
Managing your own leads and driving the full sales cycle from prospecting to close
Identifying and pursuing opportunities for key tie-ins with online and offline networking events
Collaborating with our passionate, hard-working, and highly creative team.

Experience in working in a sales environment.
Excellent written and oral communication skills.
Good organization skills and goal oriented.
Ability to go above and beyond call of duty.
Engage potential clients over the phone, email and using GotoMeeting for presentations
Bilingual is a plus but not required.
Associate’s Degree or equivalent work experience.
Fully commission for the first 60 days. After 60 days a salary + commission structure will be added. Earn commissions on repeat customers and build up a solid passive income with no cap.
