Overview
Fixya is seeking a senior executive (CRO) to help the company unleash its 25M UV (and growing) potential and help us build a big business. That position will own and execute sales strategy and processes at this fast growing company. Reporting to the CEO, this position will be responsible for executing the company’s sales strategy for targeting Regional Retailers and Service providers and Fortune 500 Brand manufacturers and retailers, and then setting up the sales processes and KPI’s which are required to achieve revenues.

Fixya is a profitable venture backed company. With over 25 million uniques, Fixya leverages the Wisdom of Crowds to enable its community of users and experts to solve tech support problems on over 5 million consumer products. Users can find pre-existing solutions on the site or have questions answered by the site’s active expert community via email, chat, or phone.

Responsibilities
Refine and adjust the company’s sales strategy and target markets.
Own revenues and work with sales teams to achieve goals.
Set up Sales process from lead generation to closing and renewal.
Optimize sales process KPI’s and increase yield of every part of it.
Collaborate with Product and Marketing to assure they are consistent and aligned with sale strategy.
Help close strategic accounts.
Define and execute the company’s user data monetization strategy
Identify and validate new monetization opportunities.
Manage relationships with strategic partners.
Experience
Requirements
10 years of experience in scaling ad sales and operations for a leading consumer Internet publisher or network.
Solid and proven experience in building inside sales teams and process.
Expert in sales process optimization, from lead generation to closing, retention.
Strategic and execution oriented at the same time.
Scrappy and resourceful who doesn’t need many resources to get it done.
Experience working in a fast paced startup culture.
An executor, someone who gets things done.
Proficient understanding of the retargeting and audience extension business.
A natural leader; someone who can motivate others to exhale and deliver results.
Great recruiting and management skills.
Relevant rolodex with agency and brand contacts at the CE, Auto, and Home biz.
BA/BS degree with a strong academic track record required.
