Responsibilities
Tasks include sales and marketing emails, calls, meetings, business development, designing and producing marketing material, CRM system updates and management, market analysis, financial planning etc.
Experience
Experience is embedded software and/or semiconductor sales and marketing in entrepreneurial growth companies or business units.
Proven track record in negotiating and closing deals, channel management, marketing and lead generation, sales team management.
Existing contacts and social networks covering Tuxera’s target markets in Europe, United States and Asia.
Skills
Fluent written and spoken English. Outstanding presentation skills.
Strong passion in computer technology, understanding of software components as part of operating systems.
Independent, well-organized, energetic, positive, curious, customer-oriented and problem-solving personality.
Education
An academic degree in electrical engineering, software engineering, or similar or a business degree with strong technical background.
Compensation
Flexible working hours. Compensation plan negotiable including base salary + bonus according to results. Tuxera's main office is located in Lauttasaari, Helsinki. Possibility to locate also in Taipei or Silicon Valley.
