Overview
The Young director Magazine is a new interactive bi-monthly iPad magazine, it celebrates young entrepreneurs worldwide (under 30). In a small space of time we've had a great response from people worldwide. Wanting to share their stories, wanting to help and inspire others with their story and wanting to teach people things they feel to be useful information.

We aim to inspire, inform and motivate our readers. There's a work hard and play hard section in the magazine. The work hard section usually has articles with an inspirational and informative objective. However the play hard section is full of gadgets, events that'll be fun to attend and fashion.
Responsibilities
With this said, there's many companies that can advertise in the magazine. This is what the sales executive is expected to find. The sales executive is suppose to be able to source the right companies for the magazine and be able to sale advertising slots or packages.
Skills
This position needs someone that is well spoken, persuasive and very friendly. They'll also need to know how to research well and be willing to try every possible avenue to get clients. The best candidate would be self motivated, persistent, strong minded, wise and mature. They'll also be very interested in entrepreneurship. An entrepreneurial applicant would definitely be great at this position. It'll also be the perfect position for them as it is flexible and can be done when they are available and obviously its a great way to make money for any projects or just a great way to make a living whilst you are trying to set up your own business. We aim to help all our sales executive reach their goal in life, whether it is to be very good at sales and make a generous living by selling the advertising space and negotiating large long term packages or whether it is to work towards a target, so that they can start their own business.
This job can be very rewarding, if you are prepared to put in the time and effort.
Compensation
15% commission plus benefits (Holidays)
