Manage overall setup, configuration and maintenance of sales and marketing database on the Salesforce.com platform. Serve as the primary contact for ongoing user support, user training and data policies.
Responsible for administration functions such as user management, profile configuration, data management, report and dashboard development, etc.
Partner with Sales, Support and Marketing management to document business requirements, scope out changes to workflow, fields, and profiles and implement changes independently.
Ensure data integrity within Salesforce.com and between Salesforce.com and internal systems.
Develop and document training programs for new and existing users on the Salesforce.com application on system features and best practices.
The ideal candidate will possess the following:
Salesforce.com ADM-301 and ADM-401 certifications.
3+ years of hands-on experience supporting Salesforce.com in an IT or sales operations role.
2+ years of project management experience.
Strong analytical, strategic thinking and problem solving skills.
Data-oriented approach to iterative design and testing.
Strong communication, presentation, and speaking skills. In particular, person must have the ability to communicate with both business and technical people effectively.
Ability to create and modify page layouts, custom objects, portals, reports and dashboards.
Ability to create/troubleshoot/modify APEX code, S-Controls, and visual force pages
Experience with Salesforce.com customer and/or partner portal is preferred
Bachelor Degree is required.
