Salesforce.com (SFDC) Administrator / CRM Administrator

Overview
The CRM / Salesforce.com Administrator will work as part of the Business Information Systems Team and be responsible for day-to-day configuration, training, maintenance and general support and improvement of Lancope’s implementation of saleforce.com.
Responsibilities
Design and execute salesforce.com configuration changes
Provide support and training for Lancope’s salesforce.com users
Maintain accuracy and security for Lancope’s salesforce.com data
Evangelize salesforce functionality throughout the user base
Assist in defining required features and mapping salesforce features to business processes
Implement enhancements and roll out new features to the salesforce platform
Create training materials and user documentation
Maintain and apply working knowledge of Salesforce.com capabilities and best practices
Work with management team to identify new and creative ways to leverage salesforce.com to optimize capabilities and drive desired behaviors
Develop reports, dashboards and processes in salesforce.com
Manage outsourced salesforce.com partners as required
Other responsibilities as assigned
Experience
Completion of a University degree
3+ years’ experience as a SalesForce.com Administrator
Proficiency with data management and database concepts
Adept at prioritizing a large number of tasks
Proficiency with salesforce.com data management tools including Data Loader
Proven experience building components of a salesforce system in the effort to support core business processes
Strong understanding of Salesforce.com best practices and functionality
Creative and analytical thinker with strong problem-solving skills
Excellent interpersonal communication skills
Experience working with sandbox and production environments to manage the distribution of system functional or process changes
Salesforce.com Administrator certification preferred
