Overview

AppealingStudio is looking for an product driven, detail oriented scrum master. This position is necessary to provide maximum costumer satisfaction, while also ensuring expectations are managed. The right candidate will be able to identify the needs of the client, and relay them to the technical project manager. Other duties include the following

Ensuring clients expectations are understood and managed.
Ensuring the product meets expectations before it is presented.
Ensuring product hits deadlines and remains under budget.
Ensuring the team is well staffed and productive.

This role is an extremely important position in our day to day operations. We have a 24/7 operation with staff that works in two shifts. Your role will require you to conduct multiple scrums per day via voice and text depending on the nationality of the team. Your ability to effectively manage multiple projects, clients and team will be essential to the success of the company.
