Overview
The Search Engine Marketing Manager will be responsible for the management and daily execution of acquiring new traffic across SEM, with a primary focus on yield management to obtain views, clicks, posts and other forms of ad revenue. This is an onsite (Kansas City) or remote position.
Responsibilities
The Search Engine Marketing Manager will be responsible for the management and daily execution of acquiring new traffic across SEM, with a primary focus on yield management.
Develop & Manage SEM programs and campaigns.
Understand keyword discovery and management.
Manage daily interactions with key search engines partners, e.g. Yahoo, Google, etc.
Monitor daily SEM metrics to ensure profitability is maintained.
Proactively monitor, analyze, and optimize SEM campaign performance.
Utilize data analytics to adjust existing and launch new SEM activity.
Perform SEM market research & competitive analysis.
Provide Weekly reports to upper management on key metrics.
Experience
This is a position for someone who is accustomed to, or can thrive, working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment. The person filling this position will need to be someone who wants to be, and will be, involved in decision making, strategy building and execution.

Skills
Experience using Adwords, Adcenter and a thorough understanding of keyword bidding, campaign building and ad copy writing is a must.
Compensation
A small base salary, commensurate with experience, plus an unlimited bonus based on profit. This is an onsite (Kansas City) or remote position.
