Seeking Creative Facebook/Social Media App Developer

Seeking a creative programmer to lead the development of an innovative suite of social media applications. Our products are about user engagement and utilizing incentive schemes to build active online communities.

We are seeking a big thinker – someone who will be dedicated to the company’s products and eager to improve current versions and explore future functionalities. Creativity and drive are essential – the programmer will help to set the vision of the product line and execute development.
This position is full time and paid, with tremendous growth potential.
Lead development of a series of innovative social media applications
Develop beta versions into fully functioning market ready products - adding new touches along the way
Help conceptualize and build new products
Possibly manage small team of developers
Help with basic Facebook and web design (not required)
Experience developing social media applications, particularly for Facebook apps
Experience designing the look and feel of applications
Experience with and interest in gamification highly desired
Must have familiarity with Zend Framework - 1.11.5, PHP - 5.3, MySQL - 5.1.54, Facebook Graph API - 3.0.1, and Fusion Charts - 1.2.3F.
Familiarity with social media APIs, including LinkedIn, Twitter, FourSquare, Google Plus, and others
English fluency, written and oral
Creative thinking – ability to think outside of the box to identify solutions and opportunities
Positive attitude, ability to work as a part of a team and under deadlines, and professionalism
Outgoing personality and strong communication skills
Any experience with web design is a plus, but not required
