Super Sprowtz is seeking a passionate and talented Sales and Event Coordinator. The successful candidate will need to have an in-depth understanding of event planning, operations, event management, basic business development, and sales. You should also be extremely detail oriented. You must have a great attitude - no prima donnas! You must be hard working and will get the job done.
Provides administrative support to the Production Manager, Production Developer and the CEO/Founder primarily focused on acting as a liaison and coordinating information to ensure 100% client satisfaction with all live productions, marketing campaigns, social initiatives and sales.
Regularly participate in phone and/or retail sales activities as needed
Responsible for writing clear and concise proposals and ensure revisions are updated as needed during sales cycle
Monitors events database, including recording and tracking client payments; following up on payments due as needed
Assists in collecting and screening Super Sprowtz Live Show inquiries and sales inquires via telephone or email, scheduling consultations with appropriate Manager; maintains consultation and meeting schedules in Google calendar
Assists managers with special projects, marketing campaigns, and additional assignments, including the participation in the setup of events as business needs require
You will be working with Super Sprowtz's creative director and head of program development on projects ranging from TV show development, webisode and online content development, school and camp presentations, large art projects in the field, interactive puppet shows, set designs, and many other fun and entertainment events that will allow you to stretch your design muscles.
Again, MUST be hard working and eager to learn in a fast paced environment. Also must be available for some weekday and weekend promotional events.
1-3 years of administrative experience in a hospitality, events or sales environment is strongly preferred
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite is required
Proactive and analytical with a customer service orientation
Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple projects with varying priorities simultaneously and follow through to completion
Exceptional written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills
High level of self-direction, enthusiasm and self-motivation
Must be flexible and have the ability to resolve issues independently in a fast-paced environment
Must be a rockstar with a can-do attitude
Bachelor's Degree or higher required
