Responsibilities
We seek partner-brokers who can leverage this opportunity by finding, recruiting and managing an office of agents specializing in individual investor real estate.
Experience
What we are looking for
Specifically, we are looking for agent/brokers with the following skills and background:
Current real estate license. (Broker license preferred, but agents with ‘low fee’ broker overrides permitted).
Strong customer service / follow up;
Passionate about investment real estate; numbers oriented;
Experienced, detailed, and organized; able to complete, document and close a transaction in a timely manner and without assistance.
Able to present to and interact well with real estate investors, including first time and sophisticated, high net worth investors.
Able to recruit and manage a team of real estate agent in your area (5-10 agents average
Skills
