Seeking UX Designer
We’re a scrappy, profitable, bootstrapped four person company. Pardon for not listing our company name, we’ll tell you later. Our product is a collective intelligence software that gives excitement and new discovery to business workers by turning the banal, overwhelming volume of enterprise data into incredibly useful and stunningly beautiful data visualizations. At the intersection, this product touches on semantic filters, social networking, data analysis and real time aggregation.
We’re looking for a few UX or Interaction designers to help shape the product design. Because we’re so small in size, you’ll have a lot of opportunity to make quite a large impact on the designs for a highly innovative product.

Responsibilities
Responsibilities:
Recruit and pre-screen potential users to perform interviews and ethnographic studies
Conduct deep interviews and ethnographic studies
Help form user personas and scenarios
Translate field research findings into design considerations
Discover problems, help brainstorm solutions and design UI concepts
Design and create UI models, wire frames, user task and interaction flows, screen designs and interaction details
Help prepare presentation design deliverables to development team
Perform user workshops / usability tests
Experience
Open to all levels of experience whether you are highly seasoned or fresh out of school
Education
BS degree or higher
