We are looking for a candidate that brings smiles everywhere they go and possesses the intelligence and patience to help every customer use our tools to achieve their goals.
Provide exemplary support and inspiration to everyone from top execs to end-users
Interact with customers and response to inquiries, concerns, and requests about products and services
Track, manage and analyze customer interactions to identify calcualted user trends
Work closely with our development team to relay customers feedback and help improve our products
Offer alternative solutions where appropriate with the objective of retaining customers’ and clients’ business
Develop Groopt's Customer Service persona within the Groopt User Community (ZenDesk)
Craft compelling, topical blog posts for the Groopt blog and build the Groopt Blog community
No specific background required. The most important factor is personality.
