As a Product Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for the outbound and inbound marketing activities for Athento. You will craft the messaging and positioning for products. You'll conceive and develop innovative marketing programs that drive demand. You will work very close to the Product Development team to define with them the product roadmap and the structure of the product portfolio (sku map. Prize, distribution).
Attention to detail and an eye for quality, along with the ability to grasp and translate technical capabilities into benefits are crucial. In your role as a Product Marketing Manager you will be the expert in buyers, how they buy and their buying criteria and will transfer that knowledge to the sales channel.
Develop product positioning and messaging that differentiates Athento in the market.
Define the structure of the product portfolio which includes SKU map, pricing policies, branding and naming.
Work with Product Development to translate the technology roadmap into a product roadmap.
Plan the launch of new products and releases and manage the cross-functional implementation of the plan.
Communicate the value proposition of the products to the sales and marketing team (Scheduling demos, leading webinars and other marketing-tech activities).
Be the expert on your buyers, what they need, how they buy and their buying criteria.
Be the expert on your competition and how to crush them.
Develop the strategy and manage the marketing programs that drive demand for your products.
5+ years of software product marketing experience (Document Management and Document capture experience will be appreciated).
Very strong written and oral communication skills.
Excellent people and management skills to interact with staff, colleagues and cross-functional teams, and third parties.
Bachelor’s in business or marketing.
Fix salary will be limited to 40K€ the first year but it will grow quickly with the company success in the market.
