We are an american comapany based in Silicon Valley with branches in Miami and Europe. We are seeking a very talent Product Development Manager to work in Spain.
As a Product Development Manager, you will be responsible for the activities of Athento development. You'll conceive and develop innovative ECM solutions that drive demand. You will work in the Product Development team to define the product roadmap and the architecture of the product. You will be the link between product development team and marketing team.
Attention to detail and an eye for quality, along with the ability to grasp and translate technical capabilities into benefits are crucial. In your role as a Product Development Manager you will be the expert in the product technology and how customers needs are satisfied and will transfer that knowledge to the product roadmap, sales and marketing channel.
Lead and coordinate Athento’s roadmap.
Be aware of technology tendencies and customers needs.
Plan product releases and the launch of the product in technology channels (like Box, Amazon EC2, etc.)
Work with Marketing team to translate the technology roadmap into a product roadmap.
Communicate the value proposition of the products to the sales and marketing team (Scheduling demos, leading webinars and other marketing-tech activities).
Be the expert on your buyers, what they need, how they buy and their buying criteria.
Be the expert on your competition and how to crush them.
Develop the product strategy and working close to Marketing team during marketing programs, planning and designing in order to drive demand for Athento.
5+ years of software product development experience.
Strategic thinker and leadership.
Very strong written and oral communication skills
Excellent people and management skills to interact with staff, colleagues and cross-functional teams, and third parties.
Knowledge of software market, specially ECM market.
Bachelor’s in Computer Science.
Fix salary will be limited to 40K€ the first year but it will grow quickly with the company success in the market. A variable competitive bonus scheme and a stock option plan will also be in place.
