Overview
AnyMeeting, the first and only provider of truly free web conferencing, and webinar services, provides online communication and collaboration services for small to medium sized business, universities and associations. We are looking for a motivated, dynamic and hard working individual who can thrive in a fast-paced environment and help the company grow very quickly. While the company has been established for several years, we’ve recently received investor funding to accelerate the growth of AnyMeeting.com, and are looking to make a big impact on the web conferencing and webinar industry.
The company has an open position for a senior level web developer who is intelligent, motivated and experienced, who can work closely with management to understand the needs of the company and offer adequate solutions. The candidate will be working on our web conferencing platform, with multiple technologies, to add new features, modify existing features and expand our current offerings.
The candidate must have full software development lifecycle experience, from inception to implementation, QA and delivery. Microsoft .NET and Flash/Flex experience is a plus, as we have certain applications running in a .NET environment and a few other applications running in a Flash/Flex environment. The ability to adapt to, and learn new technologies is key.

Responsibilities
Contribute to the implementation and support of applications and systems
Contribute to application architecture development
Contribute to performance tuning and optimization of application code
Assist with testing and QA
Work closely with the product development and support departments
Conduct code reviews and ensure code is properly implemented
Develop documentation
Manage and coordinate application development projects and provide project status & time estimate reports to upper management.
Analyze, test, and debug completed software code to ensure functionality, design, and performance compliance with specifications
Experience
5+ years of technology experience and programming experience
Team player who can work with other developers or work independently as needed
Strong ASP.NET, AJAX & .NET Framework skills
Strong SQL programming (T-SQL, Stored Procedures)
Strong Application design skills, object modeling skills
Experience with Java, PHP, MySQL, JavaScript a PLUS
Strong HTML, DHTML, JavaScript (jQuery and other JS frameworks is a PLUS)
Flash (ActionScript 2.0, 3.0), Flex and Flash Media Server experience a PLUS
Familiarity with open source web technologies and frameworks is a PLUS
Ability to operate in Windows environment is a requirement; Linux is a PLUS
Knowledge of Internet-related systems & protocols (HTTP, HTTPS, DNS, etc).
Experience in performance/optimization techniques
Excellent communication, documentation & organizational skills and keen attention to detail
Knowledge of software engineering and database design principles
Previous experience with audio/video/e-commerce development is a PLUS
Education
B.S. in Computer Science or related field.
