We are looking for an exceptional account manager to manage client relationships at a fast paced, well-funded B2B startup in the online media space. Our clients are large media companies who use our Platform product to integrate high quality news content into their sites. The account manager may be responsible for managing a team of junior staff.
Manage client relationships and own all stages of the client relationship
Work with sales team to take over the relationship as soon as the client has signed. Responsible for managing the client on-boarding process and integration.
Responsible for keeping current clients happy, delivering exceptional client service on a day-to-day basis and renewals.
Own and manage the quality of content in our system
Communicate directly with clients to define deliverables, coordinate set-up process, and deliver analysis.
Effectively manage multiple projects in tandem, while maintaining deadlines.
Articulate the benefits of NewsCred's media solutions to potential and existing clients.
Collaborate with sales team and engineering team to continuously improve NewsCred processes, product, and overall performance.
Wear many other hats.
