We are looking for an exceptional account manager to manage client relationships at a fast paced, well-funded B2B startup in the online media space. Our clients are large media companies, publishers and brands that use our products to create dynamic high quality content experiences.
Field and resolve client support issues.
Manage client relationships and own all stages of the client lifecycle.
Responsible for managing the client on-boarding process and integration.
Responsible for keeping current clients happy and delivering exceptional client service on a day-to-day basis.
Effectively manage multiple projects in tandem, while maintaining deadlines.
Manage the overall client relationship by setting and delivering upon client expectations.
Work with sales team to identify potential client issues and transition account ownership to Client Services for new customers implementations
Collaborate with product team, sales and engineering to continuously improve NewsCred processes, product, and customer experience.
Some Account Management / Customer Support experience required.
Quick learner capable of handling concurrent tasks in a fast paced environment.
A self-starter with excellent communication and strong problem-solving skills.
Personable and comfortable in business and social situations.
Technical ability and experience with API technology a plus.
