The Senior Ad Operations Manager is responsible for ensuring the successful, on-time and error free implementation of site level and Ownership Targeting Audience Extension campaigns. Thorough oversight of all technical systems used by FixYa in the course of digital media planning, procurement and measurement. The Senior Ad Operations Manager serves as a vital conduit for knowledge sharing across accounts as to how to best deploy digital marketing technologies to satisfy clients' unique measurement needs. The Senior Ad Operations Manager is also responsible for ensuring excellence in process and workflow within the department as well as any cross departmental projects, product rollouts, or changes to the business environment.
Work in conjunction with sales and existing Ad Operations members to scale the team.
Manage the implementation of a wide variety of client campaign reporting, testing, and measurement projects.
Create and maintain standard daily, weekly, and monthly, as well as integrate data from clients and/or third parties, including syndicated, customer and transaction data sources, into client reporting for FixYa.com and Ownership Targeting Audience Extension campaigns.
Analyze weekly trends in campaign performance to determine the "why" and pulls research from Quantcast, ComScore, Google AdPlanner, Nielsen AdRelevance, Nielsen Ad*Views, Google Analytics, Google Adwords, and other media knowledge databases.
Maintain in-depth expertise in digital marketing technologies critical to digital media deployment, tracking and optimization: Ad-Servers, Data Collection & Validation, Media Procurement, Media Validation & Verification, Web Analytics, Workflow, and Billing.
Operationalize best practices and procedures for maintaining high industry standards of fulfillment, product quality, reliability, and accuracy.
5+ years of successful experience in Ad Operations with 2+ years in a team lead role.
5+ years experience with web analytics and ad-serving technologies.
Extensive working knowledge of ad-servers (DoubleClick, Atlas, etc.) and of web analytics (Omniture SiteCatalyst, WebTrends, Google Analytics, etc.)
Data Procurement Experience with 3rd Party Data Providers and DMP's.
Media Procurement Experience working with DSP's, SSP's, Ad networks, and Ad Exchanges.
Strong work ethic; desire to work in an entrepreneurial environment.
Excellent communication, organization, project management and presentation skills.
Bachelor's Degree required. MBA or advanced statistical degree preferred.
