We have a unique opportunity for a Sr. Recruiter who is part networker and part technology geek to support our several of our Advertising Technology offerings. The Sr. Recruiter will partner closely with hiring managers to bring in the “right” talent. We are in search of an individual who is smart, ambitious and actively shares insights and ideas.
Provide full life-cycle recruiting for Technology, Product, Engineering, Ad Technology, Search, Social Media & SAAS.
Partner with hiring managers to gather requirements and develop effective recruiting strategies.
Maintain candidate and job database via applicant tracking system (iCims)
Manage expectations with the hiring managers
Actively source candidates, conduct phone interviews and facilitate on-site interviews
Actively participant in Recruitment Fairs to build junior level talent base and build the brand
Minimum of 5-6 years of recruiting experience; preferably through roles with increasing responsibility
Advertising Technology industry experience preferred
Familiar with the various online ad networks (pubmatic, rubicon, admeld), data providers (Bluekai), ad exchanges (Right Media, Invite Media) 3rd party ad servers (Atlas, DFA) and the various players within the Digital LUMA landscape.
Should understand SEM/SEO and know where to find these search experts
Extensive sourcing experience using social networks, research and personal network
