Facebook Games Developer - Senior Back End Developer Required join our talented all star team =)
Responsibilities
Managing a fast growing back end from scratch.
Experience
Experience in team settings and having fun is a must!
Skills
Advanced software design experience
Competencies in data structures, algorithms and scalability.
Experience implementing APIs, preferably REST a plus.
Knowledge of server management (deployment, monitoring, optimizing, etc.)
Advanced database knowledge, preferably with relational and non-relational databases.
Experience in design handling many requests, operations, updates (Redis/membase/couchbaseis a bonus)
Strong experience object-oriented PHP development
An understanding of the techniques and best practices used for building high performance, scalable, maintainable code
A good understanding of the Facebook graph API
Ability to use data for metrics (for optimization)
Experience with Adobe Flash is a bonus, but is not required at all
Compensation
Startup terms - salary in 8-10 weeks
