Retrevo is seeking an exceptional business analyst to help measure, improve and optimize its User Acquisition, User Experience and Partnership goals.
Responsibilities
Work closely with CEO and Functional VPs to measure and optimize on business goals.
Develop models and track KPIs and variances over time.
Manage Paid Search Campaigns. Measure and enhance Search Engine Optimization campaigns.
Measure User Engagement and provide optimization insights to Product Management.
Track business operations metrics for Partners management.
Observe emerging trends, help with market sizing activities, identify areas where Retrevo users are building affinity, and feed that into the Product Planning process.
Experience
Distinctive problem solving and analytical skills – ability to synthesize appropriate business intelligence from information along multiple dimensions.
Knowledge of internet business models and value chain.
Detailed understanding of Paid Search Marketing, Bid management, Search Engine Optimization, and other traffic acquisition techniques.
Understanding of user engagement metrics, and familiarity with traffic monitoring tools for funnel analysis, site navigation, stickiness, etc.
Highly motivated to succeed - Enthusiastic about the role, with the ability to take initiative and be proactive.
High level of organizational skills with the ability to multi-task.
Must have great attention to detail. Proficient with MS-Excel.
3 to 5 years experience with Internet companies in a marketing/business-support role.
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration. MBA strongly preferred.
