This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast-growing young company, and to help shape its future. Taking a senior role in our sales department, you’ll be building relationships with decision makers and influencers at businesses throughout the UK.
The role involves a mixture of outbound client acquisition as well as managing our growing base of existing users. You will be talking directly to CEOs and FDs in UK SMEs, as well as to potential partners at accountancies and brokerages. As you progress in the business, you’ll have the chance to develop working relationships with key influencers in UK finance.
Strong performers in the role will become part of the MarketInvoice management team, and eventually even take ownership of part of the business.
You will be:
Carrying out outbound sales via calls and emails
Dealing with inbound leads and maximizing all opportunities created by companies making contact with MarketInvoice
Arranging and presenting at meetings with representatives of SMEs and partners
Developing relationships with channel partners and intermediaries
Monitoring success of outbound sales and marketing activities and following up with calls and emails
Managing our existing user base by tracking their activities and ensuring that we maintain regular direct contact with them
Representing MarketInvoice at events
Helping to develop the MarketInvoice sales strategy
4-5 years experience in a sales-based role, ideally within the financial services sector
Candidates will have strong interpersonal skills and be comfortable talking on the phone or presenting to clients and at events
Applicants should be diligent, structured and meticulous, capable of managing a broad portfolio of clients efficiently
Leadership skills are desirable, and an ability to motivate other team members
