We are looking for a seasoned Business Development Manager to join the User Acquisition Marketing team and help drive our growth to the next level. You’ll be focused on forging relationships with publishers, partners and media networks to maximize the reach and discoverability of our games. You will be required to hit the ground running and execute deals that move the needle. You’ll be reporting to the Director of User Acquisition.
What you get to do every day:
Structure partnerships and hand off accounts to a dedicated UA manager for execution and optimization
Evaluate the competitive landscape and identify new/optimal distribution channels for each of our games
Develop a pipeline of new media channels and communicate status and potential impact to multiple parties
Think creatively about the gaming ecosystem and develop innovative strategies to distribute our games to new users in compelling/effective ways
Manage millions of marketing investment evaluated on LTV and ROI
What you bring to the role:
3+ years of business development in online consumer advertising and/or media buying space
Expert level knowledge of our target demographic and gaming landscape
Existing rolodex of publishers and media vendors relevant to our demographic
Passion for the relationship development process and willingness to go above and beyond in order to close
Brand stewardship sensibility combined with lethal business intuition
Excellent time management, communication and negotiation skills
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Bachelor’s degree from accredited university
