Position Locations: Los Angeles, New York, San Francisco, Seattle, Boston, Dallas
Individual will work with the executive team to sell the Passenger platform and grow revenue streams. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who is able to handle multiple tasks while still being entrepreneurial, consultative, and results oriented.
New Business Development
Develop high-level relationships with existing and new clients.
Research and identify new opportunities.
Write proposals, negotiate and close contracts.
Schedule, prepare, execute and follow-up on business development visits, proposals, meetings and events.
Maintain revenue growth.
Maintain a comprehensive business development database and procedures manual.
Attend meetings/conferences/events for establishment of sales leads and contacts.
Policies and Procedures
Assist with the development, implementation of company procedures and policies.
Identify and implement improvements of sales operations.
Comply with company policies and procedures.
Participate in maintaining a positive work environment.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Finance or related discipline; MBA preferred.
5+ years experience in business development/sales with focus on large consumer brands and a deep understanding of the decision processes and trends.
Knowledgeable in online and emerging research, co-creation, and marketing tools.
Existing relationships with consumer marketing decision makers.
Team leader, team player, motivator, entrepreneurial spirit, creative, and flexible.
Excellent oral and written communication skills, including ability to present and sell ideas and solutions to clients.
Travel is required.
