Overview
The Senior Flash Designer will be part of a small design team and develop compelling, interactive content for a new consumer electronic device.
Responsibilities
You will work with a team of product managers, software developers, and designers to mock up and execute highly interactive and compelling flash content for the chumby device. These creative and highly detailed digital projects involve designing with images, animation, type, and user interface conventions
You must be organized and efficient — able to prioritize and manage workflow to ensure on-time delivery of projects
Experience
Mastery of Adobe's Creative Suite 3 and knowledge of emerging web standards and trends. Basic action script experience is required
Awareness of emerging fashion, social, and music trends for the 18-35 male/female audience
Experience creating Flash content or banner advertising campaigns using Flash as an animating tool
Experience in UI design and wire framing
Ability to create graphics following multiple brand guidelines, and to work in a range of graphic styles
Ability to provide a link to an online portfolio or online samples of work
Education
Design education (design school or equivalent) and 5+ years of flash experience
