There's a huge problem with the way kids in the US learn math: lack of basic arithmetic fundamentals. We address this problem with our adaptive curriculum-- the better a child is the faster he progresses, if the student is weak in certain areas he gets scaffolding problems to build understanding.

Several schools, foundations, and private consumers are already using our proprietary technology and they agree: what we have works. Like everybody else we're looking for talented engineers, our app is in Java, we use a mySQL database, and Javascript on the front end. Bonus points if you're UX oriented and have a keen eye for cool design and are obsessed with providing users with great experiences. It's also great if you hopped on the iOS SDK early and are a guru at objective C. You gotta be laid back though, after all, most of the times you'll need to see problems from a child's perspective.
