Amplify Insight seeks a senior-level educator to train and support state-level staff around the implementation and continued development of a Digital Library of CCSS instructional resources. Successful Senior Education Consultants will use instructional and facilitative expertise to assist educators and school systems with using new and innovative technical resources to improve student outcomes. Senior Education Consultants will assist in evaluating each aspect of professional engagement service delivery, providing constructive feedback to internal leadership and developers to ensure that professional development meets state-level and company expectations.

Lead professional development sessions for State Leadership Teams on the development and use of the Digital Library, in the context of a balanced assessment system.
Assist State Leadership Teams in developing plans to turnkey training to networks of educators.
Provide targeted coaching support in preparation for the turnkey sessions.
Analyze, monitor, and communicate results of professional learning to local stakeholders and the company.
Incorporate client and end-user feedback to improve professional learning experiences on a continuous basis.
Minimum 5 years of teaching experience (elementary and/or secondary).
Minimum 5 years of experience providing professional development to educators
Demonstrated experience training or collaborating with district or state-level staff to implement formative assessment practice
Assessment literacy and curricular expertise
Experience analyzing various educational data (assessment data, program evaluation data)
Proficiency with CCSS implementation
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Ability to travel when needed
Effective verbal and written communication skills
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to mediate group and individual processes
Master’s degree and/or equivalent experience
