Overview
The Sr. Engagement Manager is a high profile role responsible for leading multiple technical projects between AppNexus and strategic online media partners & customers. That entails interfacing with internal and external teams to define requirements, to develop project plans, and to manage the successful delivery of project outcomes. The Sr. Engagement Manager is responsible for the quality and efficiency of the program including both technical issues and business processes.
This role is perfect for someone who has 5-10 years of work experience, great communication and project management skills, a passion for problem solving, and a proven ability to drive large-scale organization change management.

Responsibilities
Serve as the main liaison between AppNexus and strategic customer/partner
Effectively utilize team resources to define and execute on customer/partner requirements
Drive internal resources to ensure project outcomes are achieved
Communicate internally and externally to ensure cross-team alignment on needs, task ownership, prioritization, and deadlines
Define and manage cross-organizational rules of engagement
Ensure deadlines are met on multiple concurrent projects
Manage multiple project plans, internal and external reporting, and product enhancement request lists
Experience
Passionate about working in an extremely fast-paced, demanding, and fluid start-up environment
Outstanding communication, organization, and presentation skills
Deep commitment to customer success
Demonstrable passion for learning new technologies
Excellent triage and problem solving skills
A proven ability to drive large-scale organization change management
At least 5 years of experience working in a client-facing capacity for IT projects; 5-10 years of experience overall
Versatile, with ordinary organizational skills; process-oriented, yet entrepreneurial
Familiarity with online media buying and selling, advertising technology solutions, and ad network business models a plus
Big-5 consulting experience a plus
