Overview
Connected Studios, Inc. is a two year old startup company whose mission is to share the joy of music creation with the world. We’ve developed a music creation engine that offers immersive, interactive products and community experiences on many different online and mobile platforms. We’re seeking an experienced, creative programmer to help bring our solutions to life.
Responsibilities
Implement art into an online, multi-player flash based virtual world
Develop and maintain flash-based music tools
Develop and/or manage development of mobile apps aimed at music creation
Interact with inhouse and outside colleagues responsible for UI, flow, and content
Experience
Technical Skills and Experience Requirements:
· Flash application programming animation and scripting
· Actionscript 3
· Web programming (Java, PHP & MySQL)
· Artistic feel for Web & UI design
Knowledge, Experience a Plus:
· SmartFoxServer
· Game theory and mechanics
· Mobile applications and games on all platforms
· Audio streaming technologies
· Music creation, listening
Ideal candidate will be:
Dependable, creative, self-starter
Able to leverage time management skills
Proficient at creating and executing development plans on time and budget
