Overview
The Senior Food Writer will bring our concept to life through mouth-watering descriptions of edible products and by capturing poignant stories shared by featured food producers. Part journalist, part writer, part editor, this individual will start the editorial team and, if successful, will be positioned for a significant leadership role within the company.
Responsibilities
Research, interview, and create editorial content surrounding local food producers.

Experience
Undergraduate degree (or degree candidate) in Journalism, English, or appropriate Fine Arts field.
Previous work experience that demonstrates self-direction and strong work ethic.
Passion for food, food writing, and story-telling, ideally evidenced by personal blog or other published content.
Skills
Clear and effective written and verbal communication skills (Please be able to provide writing samples.)
