Amplify is looking for a Senior Front-End Developer to help create engaging, fun experiences for a suite of K-12 education products in a dynamic Agile environment. Working with great designers and great engineers, the Senior Front-End Developer will tie together both the design and back-end functionality to work well in the browser and in mobile web views.

Responsibilities of the Senior Front-End Developer:
Participate in requirements gathering and functional specification activities, providing feedback on implementation feasibility as well as navigable prototypes/mockups
Develop and lead the implementation of front-end web coding and design standards, writing clear, clean, and concise code
Work closely with designers, artists, QA automation and software engineers to contribute to the overall user experience
Stay up to date on latest trends and emerging technologies within the UI community
Basic Qualifications of the Senior Front-End Developer:
4+ years as a front-end web developer, producing professional websites and/or web applications
Preferred Qualifications of the Senior Front-End Developer:
Mobile device browsers
Familiarity with Agile development methodology
Solid programming fundamentals and experience with Java, Python, or Ruby, as well as source control, unit testing frameworks, and debugging tools
Developer curiosity and good analytical skills
